These terms govern use of CaardCluub at www.caardcluub.com, including PocketDVR. Contact: caardcluub@gmail.com.

The service

CaardCluub provides free, ad-free browser games (Player and Table roles) and PocketDVR for personal time-shifting of public live streams onto storage you control. The service is provided as-is, with no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Accounts

You must register with accurate information and keep your password confidential. You may ask us to unregister your account (see the FAQ on the home page).

PocketDVR

PocketDVR is for personal use only: time-shifting streams you are already allowed to watch. You must not share, sell, or redistribute recordings. DRM, logins, and paid walls are not supported. Catalog streams use official public Watch Live pages. If a stream cannot be captured without circumvention, the job fails.

Recordings live on your Google Drive or Amazon S3, not as a CaardCluub-hosted library. Google Drive access uses OAuth and the drive.file scope only. Amazon S3 uses the keys you supply. You are responsible for your cloud provider’s bills, quotas, and terms.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attack other users, or use CaardCluub to infringe copyright or to bypass technical protection measures. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Third-party services

Google, Amazon, and stream publishers have their own terms. CaardCluub is not those companies and is not a licensed distributor of their content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, CaardCluub is not liable for lost recordings, Drive or S3 failures, stream outages, or incidental damages from using the site.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new date on this page. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated terms.
